my side story of the bread..





   My side story of the bread..what is my story of the bread?  For the past 6 months..I have tried to bake a simple bread that taste good and is simple to bake. But I always failed. But at last on my 6th attempt I succeeded! Some of you might say..whateva..so what if she can bake something..but for me..I did not go to baking classes and I managed to do it. Some of you would say how arrogant I am to say such a thing..but..the truth is..i want to..i just couldn't afford it..I'm a student!..I studied just like most of you..depending on govt loan for my allowance..and still even if i had all the money in the world..i would not have the time..well...to cut it short..the point is..everyone can do whatever they like to do..be it a weird hobby or a charismatic career..as long as you like it..and of course plus..a good talent will definitely drive you to the top(includes time, patience and a lot of determination)..and motivation..and along the way..pray a lot for a beautiful success..Allah s.w.t will never let you down..my motivation to bake this bread is...my mother is not at home (pergi cuti lame2)..so I am the sole provider for 2 weeks!..iman mintak duit beli roti (hahaha..which i definetly don't have any money in hand..not that i spend it all..but..i shopping pkai card..hahaha..maybank ATM card)..sbb kesian tgk Iman's face..I cari recipe roti and buat..to my surprise!..jadi pulak tu..so moralnye..determination..motivation..and Allah s.w.t has all secrets in store for us that we may not know...it all starts with niat yang bersih..heheh..so let me share with you the recipe la...

White yeast bread ( but the colour is yellowish due to the egg)

Bahan-bahan :
3 1/2   cawan   tepung ( guna tepung gandum biasa pun boleh)

1      cawan   susu   (susu low fat pun ok, tapi saya guna susu tepung adik..haha.. jenama fernleaf..5
sudu..campur dg air suam)

1      biji telur gred A (kalau telur grade E 2 biji sbb telur tu kecik je..)

1/3   peket instant yis ( saya pakai yis mauripan..jgn confuse..agak-agak 1/3 sepeket yis je guna)

2 1/2   sudu besar gula halus ( nak manis tambah lagi)

sedikit garam

2     cubit serbuk cinnamon (dekat mane2 pasaraya pun ade..bahagian brg buat kuih..saya guna jenama Nur)

1     cap esen vanila (saya guna bagus baking solutions punya..yg import..warna dia gelap..bau dia..wanginye..satu cap dh cukup)

optional : boleh letak ape2 je...chocolate chips, chocolate rice..etc..

cara2 nak buat :

1. Panaskan oven (tiap2 oven laen setting dia..baek beli thermother)...210 darjah celcius. Letak rak oven yg ketiga paling bwh..
2. Campur semua bhn kering. Tepung, yis, gula, garam and serbuk cinnamon. Gaul sampai campur semua.
3. Campurkan telur dan esen vanila dlm susu and kacau. Campurkan dengan bahan kering.
4. Uli 5-7 minit sampai jadi dough (Jgn tambah apa2..uli smpai jd dough..kalau lembik sgt baru tmbh tepung sikit2)
5. Letak dough dalam bekas yg dh di oleskn butter.tutup dgn kain lembab ( saya pakai tupperware ada tutup je)
6. biarkan sampai dia double size asal (Nak tahu dah double..kalau kite tekan pkai jari x naik balik)
7.Oleskan bekas roti dgn butter dan tabur sedikit tepung. (saya pakai bekas kek segiempat saiz pnjg)
8.Uli dough atas permukaan yg dah di letak sedikit tepung. ( Nak tambah bhn optional time nih dan lps tu saya suka sapu sikit tepung keliling dough..sikit je..jadi dia sng nak pegang)
9. Letak dalam bekas roti dan biar selama 2 minit. Kemudian bakar selama 20-25 minit.


*Kalau nak pakai active dried yis kne campurkan yis dgn air sebelum guna
*Oven kena betul2 pns. ( Saya pnskan oven lebih kurg 40 minit..pnskan masa mula2 nak buat roti)
